Regency Room

One of the features of the Regency Room is the wall of memorabilia which provides a unique talking point for visitors.

The wall is adorned with posters, old photographs and publicity collected from both the Regent Theatre and the Opera House, giving a striking pictorial life and times of these two prestigious venues and some of the notable performers.

The Regency Room provides a top class venue for after show functions, corporate get-togethers and special occasions. Visitors can relax in stylish surroundings and enjoy the view and bright lights of Broadway Avenue below.

The kitchen facilities includes a large bar, turbo fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator, and comes complete with bottle cooler and glass washer. The large bench space gives plenty of room for preparing food and refreshments.

The Regency Room also has its own toilet facilities and access is available via the lift or marble staircase.

ehearsal Room

The grand setting of the rehearsal room gives the perfect place to rehearse prior to any production. So there is plenty of rehearsal space when this area is taken along with the stage in the auditorium.

The room is used regularly for ballet and music examinations. It is blessed with plenty of natural lighting with spectular views over the neighbouring Broadway Avenue.

The Rehearsal Room is located on the third floor of the Regent on Broadway, with dual access by lift or stairs.

TicketDirect - located in the foyer is the Steelfort Booking Office which houses the nationwide computerised ticketing service TicketDirect.

This enables patrons to book either at the counter or by phone for any theatrical event or sporting occasion being staged at the Regent on Broadway or other venues and centres around the country.

The hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and extended hours on the day of performance.
