IMPACT ON REGENT ON BROADWAY EVENTS

The health and wellbeing of our team and everyone who visits our venue is our priority. The Regent on Broadway continues to follow the Ministry of Health guidelines for gatherings and public events, whilst being mindful of potential escalation and the impact of reduced notice periods on all stakeholders.

In response to the government code 4 emergency and the restriction on public gatherings and unnecessary social contact, the Regent on Broadway is required to close its doors until further notice. Like you, we look forward to returning to normal as soon as possible, but in the meantime, we must focus on keeping our staff, volunteers, patrons and supporters safe and healthy.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS

Given the ever-changing nature of the environment, events will be either cancelled or postponed.  We will endeavour to inform you via our Facebook page (FB link) or via our E-News newsletter (newsletter subscription link).

If you have purchased tickets to an event and are wanting to inquire about refunds please see the below.

If brought online or with a credit card then your refund will be automatic (although will take up to 60 working days). If you purchased your tickets in store with cash please email: support@ticketrocket.co.nz with your full name, the show you purchased tickets for and your NZ bank account number.
