The BIG SING 2019. The BIG SING is a dynamic group-singing competition for secondary school students organised by the New Zealand Choral Federation. Each year it involves approximately 9000 singers in 260 choirs from 160 schools performing at one of ten regional events. The Manawatu-Whanganui Region BIG SING 2019 will be held Thursday 13 June at the Regent Theatre, Broadway Palmerston North. 940 singers from 26 choirs who will perform in morning and afternoon competition sessions, 10.00am - 1.00pm; 2.15pm - 5.15pm. followed by an evening Gala Concert from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
