Riverdale Kindergarten and Riverdale School proudly present Healthy Little Eaters, an evening with Wal Herring MSc, BPhed. DipHOM. Wal Herring, author, nutritionist, holistic wellness practitioner and mum, will guide you in new ways of encouraging children to develop and sustain a healthy relationship with food. On the night: Healthy Little Eaters book sales, bar open, tea, coffee and home baking (gold coin donation), sponsor stall and raffle.
