Mid Winter Masquerade

Hipnotize presents an evening of Middle Eastern Belly Dance laced with a touch of mystery. This year at the Mid Winter Masquerade (normally known as the Mid Winter Hafla), you will see a variety of Bellydance performances, from fledglings to the experienced, from traditional to contemporary, each and all brought together by the love of dance, with added theme of a modern masquerade, so the audience can also join in the fun and excitement. The 2014 Mid Winter Masquerade, will include guests from Dunedin, The Ruby Lady and Anna Cydonia, The Bellycats & Zilzal Tribal Bellydance from Wellington, and many, many more colourful performances from around New Zealand. Join in the festivities and come in costume! There will be a discount at the door for those purchasing tickets in costume!! (The special ticket price is limited to one ticket per customer on the night only). We invite you to come, sit back and enjoy an evening full of colourful costumes, wonderful dancing and a fantastic atmosphere. *If you are a dancer preforming in the 2014 Mid Winter Masquerade, you are also invited to our V.I.P Hafla (after party) also held at the same venue.
