PNDA

The PNDA March Competition covers both classical and modern dance genres. Classical, including ballet both flat & en pointe, barefoot, dem character & national character. Modern including neoclassical, lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz and hip-hop. The competition offers restricted solo classes for competitors who are non-winners and open classes for troupe duo and trio items. A feature of the competition and a draw card for the more experienced competitors is the PACANZ National Young Performer Award Classes in ballet Solos and Troupes. Successful Competitors in the preliminary round will represent PNDA at the National Young performer Awards held in October on Labour Weekend Suitable for Family entertainment. Classes for competitors range from 6yrs & under to 16yrs & over. The competition attracts competitors both local and from outside Manawatu. The performances show a wide range of abilities from beginners to the more experienced performers. An event with plenty to delight and wow you!
