PNDA - Dance Competition Festival

Date: ---- Select date ---- The PNDA Competition Festival covers both classical and modern dance styles, including Ballet including all classical styles, Neoclassical, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-hop and Tap. The competition offer solos duos trios and group items. Plus, Championship classes. The classes for competitors range from 6yrs and under, to 16yrs and over. Another feature of this competition is the Gala event. This year PNDA Is hosting Manawatu Performing Arts Competition Society celebration of 100 years presence in our city. The Gala is on Wednesday 4th October featuring guest artists from the Manawatu Performing Arts competitions plus the junior, intermediate and senior ballet championships giving us a full complement of the performing arts. The gala event is open to anyone who has had involvement with the Manawatu Performing Arts Competitions society over its hundred years. We welcome past and present performers, organizers, teachers, parents & caregivers & supporters & sponsors of the MPACS competition events. Our competitors in 2023 are both local and outside the Manawatu. The performances show a wide range of abilities from beginners to the more experienced performers. An event that has plenty to delight, excite and Wow! A must see.
