The Big Sing - Manawatu - Whanganui

The Big Sing (TBS), the New Zealand Choral Federation's festival for secondary school choirs, has been held annually for over 30 years. With some 8,000 singers from around 150 schools and 250 choirs entering the regional festivals each year, it is one of New Zealand's largest choral and school events. In 2024, the Manawat?-Whanganui region is thrilled to welcome choirs from secondary schools in our region to participate in our event. The Gala concert will showcase hundreds of talented young singers from our local and regional secondary schools, singing a wide range of music. The Big Sing is lauded internationally as a unique, powerful and professional event.
